Can you imagine having the ability to capture up to 1,200 frames per second of video images on a consumer device? Casio has that on its latest produce, the Exilim Pro EX-F1. Here's a list of innovative features:- up to 60 fps of full-resolution 6-megapixel images, at maximum 60 shots at once. So you can configure to shoot, say, 12 fps over 5 seconds. - pre-record images before full shutter press. Basically, the camera fires the shutter before you actually depress fully. - slow-motion view while shooting. Basically, the LCD monitor displays the moments in dramatic slow-motion while you press the shutter. This works in conjunction with the pre-record features. - dual flash units, one conventional strobe for still images up to 7fps and the other continuous LED light for higher fps capturing. - HDMI video recording capability at 1920x1080, another reason to purchase a HDMI TV screen for video playback. 2008 seems to be an exciting year for imaging. And we're only in the month of January. |
